We are writing to inform you that planned maintenance will occur in the data center in which your Bostonpost is hosted to migrate systems to new core infrastructure on 11-Oct-2026 between 02:00 and 03:00 UTC.



During this time, the product will be temporarily unavailable while Internet traffic is reconfigured to route through the disaster recovery data center, and users will not be able to access the system. If you also access your product via a VPN that is only configured to the primary CH3 data center, this access will be unavailable from approximately 02:00 until 08:00 UTC. To reduce the impact time of your VPN, please open a support case to establish a connection to the disaster recovery site.



Should the maintenance window be rescheduled or delayed, updates will be posted on the MRI Notifications page.
