We are aware of a potential issue which started on 17 July 2026 at 11:52 UTC affecting RentPayment.
A fix was applied on 17 July 2026 at 13:35 UTC to address the issue impacting payment processing and account renewals within RentPayment, and we are currently monitoring the performance and stability of the product.
We will provide another update shortly or as soon as we confirm full recovery.
