We are writing to inform you that a planned maintenance update will be applied to WinTen2 starting 06-Mar-2026 23:00 UTC and concluding 07-Mar-2026 12:00 UTC.
This update is not expected to cause any service disruption or downtime. All systems should remain accessible throughout the maintenance window.
For all On Premise Clients: If your agency has not established an active Team Viewer connection to your SERVER for us to access your system, we strongly recommend that you contact Customer Service to establish a connection as soon as possible, so that the updates can be applied promptly.
Should the maintenance window be rescheduled or delayed, updates will be posted on the MRI Notifications page.
